| Estimates are calculated with the information released by the client. Should there be any changes or additions, Clear Image Design reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and re-calculate a new amount. |
| Upon approval of the estimate, Clear Image Design requests a 50% deposit of the stated amount before any work will begin. The remaining balance is due no later than 45 days after the first payment is made or upon site completion whichever comes first. |
| Clear Image Design will make a good faith effort to complete all projects on budget and consistent with Client’s expectations. CID’s billable hours shall not exceed the quoted price for services rendered, without consent of the client. If for any reason Client decides to withdraw from, abandon, or modify the project or terms of the project prior to its completion, CID will charge for the number of billable hours worked to that point. |
